How to return an item:
Prior to shipping a return you must email email@example.com for a return authorization. Returns that are shipped prior to an email authorization may not be accepted . We will accept merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unused original condition for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as it was utilized for payment. Please note that any associated shipping costs are not subject to refund.
We recommend shipping return merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend the customer requests adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement, or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used ,altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion.
